My name is Reuben Hamby.  I have been a Maryland attorney since April 29th, 1986.  My diplomas and admission certificates to various courts, including our United States Supreme Court are displayed on this website. 

 I have practiced general law for the past thirty-seven (37) years, and learned quite a lot.

 For criminal defense; traffic citation defense; and dealing with the Motor Vehicle Administration, I’m your Man, especially regarding recovery from substance abuse.  Drugs and alcohol are a problem for many people, their families, their friends, their bosses, and everyone whom they may come in contact with.  I help with these kinds of problems too.
